No sooner have the Steampunks packed away their goggles than the cyclists roll into the county… September certainly isn’t easing us in gently. With barely 48 hours between one brilliant weekend and the next big event, Lincoln is straight back at it - and there’s rather a lot going on.

From bikes and beautiful gardens to live music, makers’ markets, craft fairs and fabulous food, there’s plenty to fill your September diary. There’s a wonderful celebration of small independent businesses at Southside, Craig Charles bringing the party to The Drill, farmers’ markets, four-legged fun and, to round off the month, a visit from actual astronaut Tim Peake......And that’s only the stuff that caught my eye.

So diary at the ready, here’s my little Follie edit of what’s happening in Lincoln this month

still looking for more? with so much happening across lincoln & lincolnshire, it's impossible to squeeze it all into one guide - these are simply a few of my personal picks this month - the things that caught my eye & made me think ooh, that looks good! so for more events & ideas here's a few more lovely places to keep exploring...
